Updated Hours of Operation

A message to our patients:

We appreciate your loyalty and business during these trying times.  We currently remain open with our normal schedule.  We are taking enhanced precautions and following CDC guidelines for cleaning all surfaces between each patient. These include:

  • Providing our patients a text service to eliminate crowding in the waiting room, click here to learn more
  • Adding extra hand sanitizer in patient rooms, restrooms and front office
  • Wiping down handles, chairs, and patient rooms after every patient
  • Eliminated all community toys / toy boxes

Should you have symptoms of COVID-19 (cough, fever, difficulty breathing or sore throat), please DO NOT come to the office for treatment.  You may contact us by phone (972) 781-1414 at any time to discuss your symptoms.  We also recommend that you DO NOT go to the emergency room for testing as all facilities do not have testing kits.  We are also requesting that you reschedule your appointment if you have traveled to any locations of concern in the past 14 days or come in contact with some one with confirmed COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

Baylor Scott & White Health System has developed MyBSWHealth as a mobile app and this is also online which allows for a free COVID-19 screening questionnaire.  To install this app on your mobile device you can text BETTER to 88408.   Please complete this PRIOR to going to any medical facility.  You may be prompted at that time to complete an eVisit.  This will be evaluated by a Baylor Scott & White provider who can advise you on the appropriate steps to take.

Should you have a true medical emergency or have significant difficulty breathing, you should still call 911 immediately.

We will continue to monitor this situation closely and let you know of any changes.  We wish you good health.
